  • Subnation, a Gaming and Web3 venture studio creating digital worlds and innovating physical experiences, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of client projects, contributing to the success and growth of Subnation.

    • Client Relations

    ○ Maintain relationship and communicate effectively with the client via meetings, presentations, phone calls and emails

    ○ Understand Client’s business and objectives to best inform internal team when developing marketing, content, creative or event concepts

    ○ Actively listen to client needs in order to conceptualize non-traditional marketing solutions and strategies against Scope of Work

    ○ Work with PM and broader team on client projects, from ideation to final delivery, while tracking progress and ensuring that deliverables are on time and stay within budget

    • Day-to-Day Project Management

    ○ Schedule internal/external status calls and maintain notes + reporting

    ○ Write project briefs and and creative briefs

    o Establish point of view and direction for client facing materials, including background research and creation of external presentations

    o Work with team to inform project scopes of work, deliverables and change orders

    o Collaborate on creative concepts

    o Interface with outside vendors and partners as Subnation’s point person on the account

    • Internal Relations

    o Collaborate with internal team across all departments (creative, content production, strategy, experiential, business development, marketing)

    o Hold team accountable for on-time delivery dates and final output of deliverables

    o Stay up to date on industry trends, specific client business updates and best practices to better inform client project strategies

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business, Management or related field

    • 3 – 5 years relevant industry experience

    • Proven track record in building valuable client relationships and organically growing the business

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Success in developing and sustaining internal relationships across multiple departments in order to deliver products and services to clients

    • Ability to construct best-in-class presentations

    • Understanding and utilization of Project Management tools to deliver against client objectives

    • Organized, strong time management capabilities, excellent communication skills

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of client relations, marketing and sales-related business development

    • Passion for creativity, teamwork and innovation

    • Understanding of Gaming, Web3 and Pop Culture industries is highly preferred
