Let's face it, we've all been there; you've just 'borrowed' a motorbike from some unsuspecting victim in GTA San Andreas. Without hitting a button, you've got tunes pounding as you speed through the streets, but with so many epic tracks and stations to choose from, which ones are the best? Read on to find out the songs you need in your San Andreas library.
1. The Main Theme from GTA San Andreas - Ben Morfitt
First up we just had to include the main theme tune to GTA San Andreas, Ben Morfitt couldn't have created a more fitting track for the game. You start up the game, the graffiti with the familiar writing appears, and the theme tune plays. Bliss.
2. Personal Jesus - Depeche Mode
Our second entry can only be found by playing the Radio X station in San Andreas, which, as we all know, specialized in Country music. Personal Jesus is perfect for roaming the streets when you've just caught a pickup truck or a similar vehicle, certainly making you feel like a badass!
3. It Was A Good Day - Ice Cube
No other track had a more suitable title, it was definitely a nice day, most of the time in Los Santos! Radio Santos is where Ice Cube's track is at, blasting out the best Hip Hop beats from the moment you picked up your next ride. A stolen police car always seemed like a great option to blast this track out!
4. Cult Of Personality - Living Colour
Weirdly, this track always seemed to begin when you'd enter one of the various stadiums dotted around Los Santos. It was the main San Andreas tune that would play during a stadium race, which was absolutely perfect.
5. Runnin' Down On A Dream - Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers
Radio K-DST is the main station where all the classic rock tracks for San Andreas play. Guns n Roses were the frontmen for Runnin Down On a Dream, and the DJ playing is Tommy the Nightmare Smith, what a collab!
6. West Coast Poplock - Ronnie Hudson
There was nothing better than being chased by the police while Bounce FM was playing, and Ronnie Hudson brought us the R&B entry of West Coast Poplock as one of the tracks you'd have no problem singing aloud to.
7. Oddysey - Johnny Harris
Johnny Harris truly delivered on this one, with Odyssey being one of those tracks that played every time you had a vehicle worthy of getting its groove on. Can you remember the lowrider? If you can, then you'll definitely remember the lowrider dance challenge. Cars aren't supposed to dance, need I say more!?
8. A Horse With No Name - America
A Horse With No Name always seemed to play just at the right time, and whether you had several cops on your tail or a gang chasing you, this track was sure to get the adrenaline pumping!
9. Deep Cover - Dr Dre ft. Snoop Dogg
Radio Los Santos has a habit of choosing Snoop Dogg tracks (that's not a bad thing), but it made choosing Dre and Snoop's best track more difficult. Deep Cover puts me right back in the more upbeat areas of Los Santos, but that's just me!
10. Hey Good Lookin' - Hank Williams
Our last entry comes from Hank Williams. Hey Good Lookin' is perfect for cruising on the outskirts of Los Santos and seemed to play as soon as you entered the countryside on K-Rose radio.
